Group classes are popular exercise choices for time-starved employees. Because the classes are scheduled, employees find it much easier to commit to a program and stay with it. Our multi-level classes welcome people at different fitness levels, so a wide range of employees can socialize with their peers and share their accomplishments. Our fitness leaders are certified to teach a variety of classes, demonstrating proper technique and form and providing the options and cautions to accommodate all employees. They will use their personal motivational style to make the class a positive experience for everyone who participates.
Our current classes include all types of exercise modalities such as cross-training, cardio-muscle, core, muscle conditioning, Zumba™, kickboxing, step aerobics, spinning, and yoga and Pilates. We stay abreast of new trends in group exercise classes and add to the mix throughout the year.
